Independent bookstore Love’s Sweet Arrow is collaborating with OLPL on celebrating the romance genre with RomCon! Back for its second year at the Library, we'll have author panels, readings, book signings, trivia, raffle prizes, and treats. This one-of-a-kind event is free! Saturday, Feb. 17 from 1-4:15 p.m.
